This policy applies to Plus purchases for IPA Installer Web (CampStudio).
How to request a refund
Send your request to campstudiomail@gmail.com and include:
- the purchase email,
- the Paddle transaction/subscription ID,
- a short reason for the request.
Review window
Requests are reviewed case-by-case. Please contact us as soon as possible after the charge.
Where required by law, statutory consumer rights are respected.
Billing processor
Paddle is the merchant of record for billing and may process refunds directly according to their platform requirements.
